Tank Exchange - We deliver a full tank and swap it out for your empty tank. Spare Tank - We deliver a full tank without an exchange - this is what you select if you don't have any tanks, or need an extra one.

Yes, we do. All we ask is that the tank you're exchanging is in decent condition.
Unlike our competitors, we fill our tanks to their maximum capacity. You paid for 20 lbs, and that's what you get.
No, you don't. Just leave the tank(s) where you selected in your delivery option and our driver will handle the rest! We are unable to provide specific delivery time windows, so it's important that you choose a location where our driver can access the tank.
To provide fast, low-cost service, we do not schedule appointments or delivery windows.
We strongly recommend putting your tank(s) out the night before your delivery day. We make deliveries between 6AM-8PM depending on our schedule. However, most deliveries take place between 9AM-5PM
Yes, we offer same-day delivery in all areas we serve. However, please note that there is a cutoff time for same-day delivery. If you place an order after the cutoff time, you can still opt for our "After Hours" or "1 Hour - Rush" delivery options for same-day delivery.
Our 1 Hour Rush delivery is exactly what it sounds like. When you select this option, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within one hour!
If you contact us before our driver arrives, we can reschedule your delivery. If our driver arrives and the tank(s) are inaccessible, we will refund your payment with a $10 cancellation fee. If a "rush" order is placed and the tanks are inaccessible, the "rush" portion of the order is non-refunable plus there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the delivery is made. However, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
If we issue a partial refund, it is because our driver went to your order address and the tank(s) were inaccessible. The partial refund is to cover the expenses of gas and time used to drive to the location.
Our drivers can disconnect/connect your tanks to your appliance, but it's a $3 delivery option that you must select when adding a tank to your cart. Simply select "Connection Service" when choosing delivery options.
Our connection service is when our technician disconnects your old tank and connects a filled tank to your appliance, making the process hassle-free and hands-off for you.
After connecting the tank to your appliance, we keep the valve closed for safety. Simply open the valve when you're ready to use your appliance.
Unfortunately, that is a delivery situation which we cannot accommodate. Our drivers are not allowed to enter a customer's home and we cannot leave a tank indoors.
Yes, we offer free disposal for 20, 30, 40, or 100 lb tanks with any purchase of a tank exchange or spare tank. It is important to never throw away a propane tank with your regular garbage as it is extremely dangerous.
We make every effort to work around your business hours, but we recommend that businesses either have a lockbox available or leave the tank(s) in a secure, accessible location to ensure delivery can be completed efficiently.
